Introduction and Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing your use of the mm80 website (mm80.bio) and its related mobile platform, services, and games ("Services"). By accessing, browsing, or continuing to use the Services, you confirm that you have read and agree to comply with every provision of these Terms.

Account Registration and Responsibilities
A registered account is required to access and play on the mm80 platform. To open an account, you must meet the following requirements—
Account Registration Requirements
- The player must be 21 years of age or older.
- Use of the Services must not violate the laws of the country in which they are accessed.
- Each individual may hold only one account. Deposits shared among family members using the same payment method are not permitted.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. mm80 reserves the right to close any account where false information has been provided.
- The player is solely responsible for all activity and financial transactions that occur within their account.
Password Security
Players must keep their login credentials confidential and must not allow any third party to access their account. If unauthorised access is suspected, mm80 customer service must be notified immediately.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
At mm80, all deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed through KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay, and are subject to the limits set out below—
Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount per transaction: 3,000 Ks
- Players must only use payment methods that belong to them when making a deposit.
- Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
- Funds will only appear in your balance once the deposit is fully processed. Delays may occur due to network issues.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount per transaction: 30,000 Ks
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 minutes to 30 minutes (during normal banking network hours).
- All withdrawal requests will be returned to the original deposit method only, and withdrawals can only be made once the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
- To protect withdrawal applicants, no anonymous withdrawals will be processed.
- Withdrawals cannot be made before an initial deposit has been completed.
KYC Verification: mm80 may request identity verification or proof of payment method ownership from players before or during the processing of a withdrawal request. Players must cooperate with these checks; refusal may result in withdrawal restrictions.
Bonus & Promotion Policy
mm80 offers bonuses and promotions to players, and accepting them is subject to the terms set out in this section—
Welcome Bonus
mm80's welcome bonus is a 200% first deposit bonus with a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of x15 the bonus amount must be met.

General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are assigned to individual players only and cannot be transferred.
- Players can check whether the wagering requirement has been met from their account. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fully met.
- If mm80 determines that a bonus has been used in an abusive manner (known as "Bonus Abuse"), mm80 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings obtained from it.
- mm80 does not allow different bonuses to be combined and used at the same time. A new bonus can only be started once the current one is completed.
- For games other than slots and football betting, the wagering contribution rate may be lower, as stated in the relevant terms.
Fair Play & Game Policy

Game Result Records
mm80 games operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), and results cannot be fabricated. If a network connection issue occurs during a game, the server log will be referenced, and that log will be treated as the official result.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mm80 platform—
- Accessing the platform while underage or misrepresenting your age
- Using an account for money laundering purposes
- Using a third party's payment method in connection with gameplay
- Attempting to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting
- Using bots or scraping tools to access mm80's services
- Using threatening or aggressive language toward staff or other players
- Reproducing or redistributing content from this website without prior written permission from mm80
If a player is found to have carried out a prohibited action, mm80 may close that player's account and forfeit any balance in it. If a legal violation is involved, the relevant authorities may be notified.
